After the visit, there will be the tasting of the two kinds of oil that are produced in the mill and realised according to the modern metode and the traditional metod.

Ab Heute, Samstag 15 Juni, wird Thomas Ihnen bei Ihrer Ankunf ein Voucher geben, das Ihnen erlaubt wird ( um bestimmte Zeiten, die Sie auswaehlen koennen ) , an einer Fuehrung in die Oelmuehle „Il Casone Antico“ ( nur 5 Minuten von der Fattoria Palazzeta weit entfernt ) stattzunehmen .

Nach dem Besuch wird es die Verkostung von den zwe Arten von Oel, das in der Oelmuehle „ Il Casone Antico“ stattfinden. Diese zwei Arten werden nach der alten Metode ( alte Presse ) und der modernen Metode ( Maschinen auf Edelstahl) realisiert.
